"Ivy" JACKOPIERCE From the album "Finest Hour" Tabbed by: Austin Garza Easier than it sounds. Play a D major chord at the 5th fret, and basically solo using the notes of the scale, alternating with the D root. If you wanna follow the notes of the melody, they go A (6), G (5), F# (5), D (4), E (5), C (4), E (5), D (4) (parentheses being the strings where I play them, 6=high E). The other gtrs come in and arpeggiate D chords, with one C chord throw in when the C is played by the lead. For the final desceding three notes are, just bar the fifth fret, and play the 5th,4th, & 3rd strings (notes are E,C,G). Explaining it is the hard part, trust me.
